Dose: 12.5 ml (= 15 g) / 10 l increases acidity by 1 g / l.

The acidity of must/wine is always expressed in grams of tartaric acid per liter. In French texts, it is expressed in sulfuric acid. Acidity in sulfuric acid = acidity in tartaric acid ÷ 1.53. Acidity in tartaric acid = acidity in sulfuric acid x 1.53.
