Brew the sour beer in our blog post with Philly Sour Yeast!
Description
Brew a sour beer easily with Philly Sour Yeast, on a base of Berliner Weiss with Bergamot lemon peel.
The pack includes the malt, the hops and the yeast necessary for the realization of the recipe, for a 20 liters brew.
- The malt is crushed by default. You have the possibility to remove this option (on the right of the option)
- Please note that the lemon bergamot peel in the recipe is not included in the pack.

The aromatic Hallertau Blanc hop, introduced to the world in 2012, was grown primarily for use in American-style Ales.
Its flavor is said to be fruity, with vinous notes of currant and grass, similar to Sauvignon Blanc.
It also has a complex flavor profile with notes of black currant, grape, grapefruit or even elderflower.

Supplemental nutrients for propagation & brewing
Description:
A blend of vitamins, minerals, inorganic nitrogen, organic nitrogen, zinc, phosphates and other trace elements that will benefit yeast growth and complete fermentation. Additional nutrients are most valuable during yeast propagation and sluggish or stuck fermentations. Supplementing with nutrients will reduce lag time, improve viability and provide consistent attenuation rates.
Usage Rate:
1/2 tsp (2.2 Grams) per 5 gallons (19 liters) of wort.
Usage Instructions:
Dissolve Wyeast Nutrient in warm water. Add solution to kettle 10-15 minutes prior to end of boil.
Stability:
1 year if stored in airtight container in a cool environment.
