WLP4051 Framgarden Kveik - The Yeast Bay

Single strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, isolated from an authentic mixed culture collected from Petter Øvrebust.

It presents a vibrant bouquet of shell melon and cantaloupe esters over a wide temperature range.

This variety is well suited for fruity IPAs or Farmhouse ales.

Characteristics:

• Attenuation rate: 78-82%
• Flocculation: Medium
• Alcohol tolerance: 15%
• Recommended temperature: 27-35°C

Yeast ready to use. A starter is still recommended if you use it two months after the manufacturing date (written on the package).
