WLP4637 Amalgamation Brett Super Blend - TheYeast Bay

Amalgamation is the union of The Yeast Bay's six favorite Brettanomyces strains.

Each strain produces a unique and lively bouquet of fruity aromas.

The combination offered by TYB gives an explosive fusion of all these flavors for a truly unique result.

This blend will give a dry beer with a complex aroma of fruit, berries, and citrus, accompanied by a bit of funk.

Characteristics:

  • Attenuation rate: 85-95%
  • Flocculation: Low
  • Alcohol tolerance: 15%
  • Recommended temperature: 21-27°C

Yeast ready to use. A starter is still recommended if you use it two months after the manufacturing date (written on the package).

The Yeast Bay yeasts are blends or unique strains, there is no substitute available.
