The side-mounted cooling spiral allows you to keep the lid domed for pressure transfer. In addition, we've added professional, compact, custom-designed butterfly valves. Combine all of these features with other optimizations, such as a 3" TC fitting for raw hopping and CIP, a sampling valve and a neoprene insulation jacket, and you have the most complete fermenter for brewers.
