Weyermann Smoked Malt:

Weyermann smoked malt is a base malt carefully dried in the heat of beechwood and aged to achieve its characteristic taste, while preserving its relatively pale color.

Traditionally used for Bamberg Rauchbier (a typically German smoked beer), it is a perfect match for any style of beer where a mild smokiness and complex flavor are required. You can use it in a smoked Weizen recipe as well as in a stout with a much stronger flavor. This malt, though marked in taste, is ultimately very versatile, and can even be used 100%.

You'll find characteristic flavors of beechwood smoke, the classic maltiness/sweetness of base malts, and hints of honey and vanilla.
