Malt Abbaye Weyermann®:

Boiling this typically European malt produces a highly aromatic result. With its excellent friability, it brings a soft, brilliant copper color to the beer, and body and mellowness to the finished product.

This malt with its complex aromatic profile is used to intensify and stabilize the taste of beer. It is therefore ideal for characterful ales. Its intense malt flavors give notes of honey, cookie, bread, hazelnut and a touch of chocolate. As it is not a caramel malt, it can be used in up to 50% of a recipe.
