Crisp Naked Oat Malt has become one of the mainstays of NEIPA's recipes. Naked oats are naturally malted to optimize potential extraction.
Naked Oat Malt gives a beautiful creamy creaminess as well as a silky mouthfeel in all styles of beers.

Particularly suitable for small hop bombs and dense and strong beers, this malt also confers a biscuity and toasted aroma.
In case of addition at high rates and depending on the sensitivity of your facility with regard to filtration, an addition of rice husk may be useful.
