Recipe by the winners of the Brouwland Beer Competition 2012. This tripel with 8.5 % alcohol has a soft fruity smell and some spicy notes. The taste is hoppy, pleasantly bitter and presents a light acid touch, which makes you thirst for that next sip. For an optimal result we suggest the use of WYEAST 1388 Belgian Strong Ale (not included in this package, see link below). Original gravity: 1.070, Alc. 8,5 vol.%, EBU 42, EBC 11.0.
