Usage of Lalbrew Essential:

Adjust the pitching rate according to the beer style, the initial gravity of the wort, and the fermentation temperature.

  • - For blonde beer and blonde ale fermentation, a fermentation rate of 50 to 100 grams per 100 liters of beer.
  • - For Ale and Lager type beer fermentation, a pitching rate of 50 to 100 grams per 100 liters of wort is recommended for most fermentations.
