• - Carbonate in the fermenter: Operation rated under pressure up to 35psi and pressure tested up to 5 bars
• - Monitor internal temperatures: Use the thermowell with the probe of your temperature controller to get accurate readings at the heart of the liquid
• - Serve directly from the tank: add a tap and use Apollo as a keg
• - Transfer under pressure
