How to use:

Since Amoretti Artisan Natural Flavors products are ready-to-use and highly concentrated, you'll need very little.

In the wort
Add after main fermentation to retain as much flavor as possible. But not too shortly before bottling, so that the sugars in Amoretti Natural Flavors can ferment further.
Dosage: 0.5-1% of weight; for example, for 20 liters of must, an average dosage of 115 g is required.

Storage:

In terms of flavor and aroma, Amoretti Natural Flavors are definitely comparable to fresh fruit. Although they contain no preservatives or artificial sweeteners, they have a long shelf-life and can withstand heat.
