Bavarian Wheat M20

A classic top-fermenting yeast suited for brewing a range of German Weizen or Belgian Wit. It has a very low flocculation rate, which makes it ideal for beers that are traditional served cloudy. This yeast creates exceptionally dry beer, with a silky mouth feel, and a delicious banana and spice (cloves) aroma.

Final Gravity: low (medium to high attenuation)
Recommended Temperature Range: 18-30°C
