Beyond a well-rounded texture and a slight warm alcohol presence, you will find in this beer a beautiful fruity cocktail. The Krush will shine with aromas of orange, mango, and guava. But as it is a bit more complex than most traditional hops, you will also perceive notes of berries and ripe peach supported by a subtle woody and resinous touch.

This DIPA DDH recipe is our winter favorite.

Brew our 100% Krush DDH DIPA Recipe:

This recipe was clearly designed for hop bomb enthusiasts.

Well-rounded texture, 7.6% ABV, but most importantly… The Krush hop!

We didn't skimp on the quantity. The only hop in the recipe, we used 250g of it.

We focus mainly on two massive doses in the Whirlpool (4.5g/l) and primary Dry Hop (4g/l). Combined with Pomona yeast, biotransformation will bring most of the fruity aromas.

But that wasn't enough for us. We needed a beautiful finish for this beer. So, we added a second Dry Hop at 3.5g/L to provide a nice final freshness.

For this recipe, we recommend being equipped with a pressurizable fermenter.

5 sachets of 50g Krush hops will be provided and should be used in their entirety. However, you will need to weigh the exact quantities required by the recipe for each addition (see the recipe right here).

The pack includes the malt, hops, and yeast needed for the recipe, for a 20-liter brew.

  • 0.8kg of Chit Barley
