Brew our Hoppy Pale Ale 630 recipe:

This American pale ale, slightly oriented towards NEIPA, is designed to highlight the experimental hop HBC 630. We chose to maximize the hoppy aromas with a significant Whirlpool and a small Dry Hop during primary fermentation.

This process will allow the biotransformation to magnify the aromatic potential of the hops. Additionally, the risk of oxidation will be minimized. Therefore, you can brew a very aromatic IPA even if you do not ferment under pressure.

The pack includes the malt, hops, and yeast necessary for making the recipe, for a 20-liter brew.

Single-step mashing

The pack includes:

  • 3.6kg of Pale Ale malt
  • 0.6kg of Chit Wheat
  • 0.5kg of Oat Flakes
  • 2x 50g of HBC 630 hops
  • 50g of Krush hops
  • 2 packets of Pomona yeast
