Brew our Christmas beer recipe: Father Rudy

Discover the lovely spicy flavors of our amber Christmas beer. Clove, cinnamon, sweet orange, nutmeg, and ginger will all be present. The relatively warm fermentation of this recipe will perfectly complete this spicy picture.

Very smooth and comforting, its alcohol content will add a bit more warmth to the whole. Finally, its bubbles, quite present, will give a nice drinkability to this beer, perfect for the holiday season.

Easy to brew and very pleasant to drink, you have little chance of going wrong with Father Rudy!

The pack includes the malt, hops, and yeast necessary for the recipe, for a 20-liter batch. However, while most spices are provided, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg are not included.

Included ingredients:

2.6kg of Pilsner

1.5kg of Munich I

500g of Caramunich I

100g of Special W

50g of Carafa I

100g of EKG hops*

1kg of white candy sugar*

100g of orange peel*

100g of star anise*

30g of dried ginger root*

2 packs of Abbey yeast
