Brew our "Satyrator" recipe : Maibock beer

Discover our superb Maibock. A traditional German Lager brewed to celebrate the arrival of spring. Here, the focus is clearly on the malt. Despite its high alcohol content, this beer is very easy to drink. The low fermentation will give very clear flavors of bread and biscuit, enhanced by the floral and spicy notes brought by the hops.

The pack includes the malt, hops, and yeast needed to make the recipe, for a 20-liter batch.

Ingredients :

2.5 kg Munich I Malt

2.5kg Pilsner Malt

700g Melano Malt

400g Carahell Malt

300g Caraamber Malt

30g Tradition hops

30g Tradition hops 

3 sachets WHC Einstein yeast

Total water volume: 35L (preferably Chloride > Sulfate = 2)
