Brew our "Peak Piquant" recipe : Timut pepper blonde beer

The fresh and lemony aromas of Timut will perfectly match the crispiness of this very refreshing beer. The Triskel hop, quite present in this recipe, will give its notes of pepper and grapefruit to add even more freshness to our "Spring/Summer 2024" blonde.

This recipe requires Timut pepper not provided in the kit, it will need to be purchased separately.

The pack includes the malt, hops, and yeasts necessary for the realization of the recipe, for a brew of 20 liters.

• Single-stage brewing
• We cannot yet offer hops in detail, therefore we recommend you to keep the surplus cold (and ideally in an airtight box).

2kg Pilsner Malt

800g Rye Malt

700g Munich I Malt

500g Barley Flakes

10g Triskel hops

40g Triskel hops

30g Triskel hops

10g Timut Pepper

1 packet Farmhouse Lallemand

Total water volume: 31.5L (preferably: chloride/sulfate = 1:2)
