Hersbrucker hops harmonize floral and herbaceous aromas with elderflower. The result is a fresh, thirst-quenching lager perfect for those fine spring days.

3.7kg Pilsner Malt

500g Rye Malt

300g Wheat Flakes

30g Hersbrucker hops

70g Hersbrucker hops

30g Elderflower

1 sachet SafBrew T58

Total water volume: 32L (preferably: Chloride / Sulfate = 1:2)
