Brew our "Banshee" recipe : Irish Red Ale Beer

Whether you're preparing for St. Patrick's Day or not, discover the sweet malty aromas of our Irish Red Ale.
Its pretty grain base gives it a coppery hue, with biscuity, caramelized and lightly toasted notes. Despite its sweetness and roundness on the palate, the small amounts of roasted barley and hops give it a very slight bitterness, contributing to a dry, thirst-quenching finish. At around 4.2% alcohol, this highly drinkable Irish Red Ale drinks itself!

The pack includes the malt, hops and yeast needed to complete the recipe, for a 20-liter brew.

3.6kg Maris Otter Malt

250g Carared Malt

200g Carapils Malt

50g Roasted Barley

15g Target hops

2 packs Nottingham yeast

Total water volume: 31.5L (preferably: chloride/sulfate = 1:1)
