The cereal malt base, combined with the wheat flakes, brings rusticity and dryness, making this beer a well-balanced, thirst-quenching little nugget.

3.5kg Pilsen Malt
1.2kg light wheat malt
0.3kg Wheat Flakes
15g Aramis hops
85g Aramis hops
1 bag Jack's French Saison Mangrove
Total water volume: 33L (Preferably Sulfate > Chloride = 2:1)
