Ingredients :

5.6kg Pilsner Malt

200g light wheat malt

200g oat malt

1kg white candy sugar

40g Tradition hops

30g Tradition hops 

2 packets Lallemand Abbaye yeast

Total water volume: 35L (Preferably Sulfate > Chloride: 2:1)
