4kg Maris Otter Malt

200g rolled oats

200g Naked oat malt

200g Caramunich III Malt

400g Carafa II Malt

40g East Kent Goldings hops

30g East Kent Goldings hops

2 Packet M15 Empire Ale yeast

Total water volume: 33L (Preferably Sulfate < Chloride: 1:2)
