English malts and caramel malts will give you a biscuity result with notes of dried fruit, in perfect harmony with the herbaceous and earthy side of the hops.

The pack includes the malt, hops and yeast needed to make the recipe, for a 23-litre brew.

5.3kg Maris Otter

250g Caraamber

150g Mélano

100g Special W

30g East Kent Goldings hops

70g East Kent Goldings hops

2 packs Lallemand English Ale Yeast 

Total water volume: 32L (Preferably Sulfate > Chloride = 2:1)
