"At the crowing of the rooster" is a French-hopped India Pale Lager. With an ABV of 5.5%, this beer has a beautiful thirst-quenching dryness balanced by its slightly roundness perfectly mastered. The choice of hops will give aromas leaning towards red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, currant) mixed with tropical fruits, citrus fruits (kumquat, lime, mandarin) notes of white fruits like pear and a small spicy side typical of European hops.

This well-hopped Lager surprises with its flavors uncommon in this type of beer. It represents a very beautiful discovery and a superb experience to set foot in the frank expression of French hops.
