The Polar Bear from Brewing Bears features a pale and hazy appearance, topped with a fine white foam. On the palate, the grainy notes of wheat support the delicate floral and herbal aromas of the hops. The yeast adds a subtle spicy touch, leading to a dry, crisp, and slightly lemony finish.

Included ingredients:

• 2 kg of Light Wheat Malt
• 1.7 kg of Pilsner Malt
• 600 g of Munich Malt
• 100 g of Saaz Hops
• 100 g of Target Hops
• 1 packet of Lallemand Munich Classic yeast

To get crushed malt, select the appropriate variation.

Note: We can no longer offer hops in individual portions, so you’ll need to weigh the correct amounts as specified in the recipe (i.e., 30g of Saaz hops and 25g of Target hops).
