"The goal is to create a 'fruit salad' beer for the summer. Basically, it's a very round and juicy NEIPA thanks to a good dose of oats and Yakima hops in cryo."
"It smells very strongly of peach and apricot. It's sufficiently bitter (just the way I like it) and an explosion of flavors: mango, passion fruit..."

- Color: Pale and hazy
- Alcohol: 6.3%
- Quantity: 20L
- Bitterness: Low
- Brewing time: 5h
- Difficulty: High
Ingredients (provided):
- 3.1kg Golden Promise Malt
- 1.35kg Pale Ale Malt
- 0.9kg Oat Flakes
- 0.7kg Light Wheat Malt
- 0.25kg Carapils Malt
- 50g of Simcoe Hops
- 100g of Cryo Talus Hops
- 100g of Cryo Mosaic Hops
- 2 packets of Saturated yeast
