Pellets Hops SAAZ

Description

The Saaz hop is a noble hop from the Czech Republic. Depending on the year, its alpha acid content is between 3 and 5%, which makes it less than ideal for bittering. Its beta acid content is generally between 4 and 6% which means that its bittering potential, however low, does not depreciate too much over time.

Saaz is a purely aromatic hop that gives unique floral, peppery and even minty notes. It is ideal for brewing pilsner or even Belgian saison.
