Originating from the prestigious Hallertau family, Hallertau Blanc hops is an aromatic variety born in Germany. It was developed in 2012 thanks to the work of the Hüll Hop Research Institute. It stands out for its quality and versatility.
Hallertau Blanc hops, here in pellet form, offers a mild bitterness and floral, fruity, citrus, spicy, and herbal notes. It is frequently used for Belgian-style beers, such as saisons, witbiers, blondes, and triples. It can also adapt to American-style beers, like IPAs, pale ales, and sours.
