Triskel Hops:

triskel hops

The Triskel hops is an aromatic hop variety originating from France. It was developed in 2006 by the Alsace hop research program, Triskel is a cultivar of the French hop Strisselspalt and the English variety Yeoman.

The Triskel hops has, more intensely, the same aromatic markers as the strisselspalt. Its flavors are citrusy, floral, and slightly spicy. Although its alpha acid allows it to be used as a bittering hop, it will better express its potential at the end of boiling, whirlpool or dry hop.

It is often used for Belgian style beers, such as Belgian Ale, Saisons, Kölsch, Pilsner, Pale Ale, Lager, and wheat beer.
