Ariana Hops:

The Ariana hop is a German aromatic variety. It was developed by the Hüll Hop Research Center, and is a cross between the Herkules hop and a wild male hop.

The Ariana hop is generally used at the end of boiling, Whirlpool and Dry Hop. Its full-bodied aromatics include passion fruit, pineapple, jasmine and mandarin. It also offers an intense character of blackcurrant berries, currant, grapefruit and a slight resinous and herbaceous note.

It is frequently used for wheat style beers, Pale Ale and Saison.
