Saaz Hops:

saaz hops pellets

Saaz hops in pellet form are an aromatic hop variety originating from the Czech Republic. They have been cultivated since the 13th century in the Žatec region, which gave them their name. Saaz is one of the four noble hop varieties, along with Hallertau, Tettnang, and Spalt.

Saaz hops in pellets provide a delicate bitterness and aromas of spice, flowers, menthol, herbs, lemon, and earth. They are widely used in pilsner-style beers, such as the famous Pilsner Urquell, as well as in North European lagers, traditional ales, saisons, and wheat beers.

They are often blended with other noble hop varieties, such as Hallertau or Tettnang, to create balanced and refined beers.
