Idaho 7 is an American aromatic hop. Developed by Jackson Hop Farm in Wilder, ID, it was launched in 2015.

The Idaho 7 - 50g Yakima Chief Hops is renowned for its juicy tropical fruit and citrus flavors (apricot, orange, ruby red grapefruit, papaya), accented by pronounced notes of resinous pine, along with a floral and black tea touch.

Although it blends well in any IPA style, Idaho 7 is a very versatile hop.

Its composition allows it to express its full potential at the end of the boil, in whirlpool, and for dry hopping (during primary fermentation).

The 50g format is perfect for small batches or adding complexity to your beers with small amounts of hops.
