HBC 630 50g Yakima Chief Hops:

Yakima Chief's HBC-630 hop is an experimental variety. Its development began in 2008 with the crossbreeding of a female HBC364 and a male identified as 21-10.21.

Its complex aromatic bouquet presents scents of sweet fruits (pineapple, mango) and berries (cherry and raspberry). The overall aroma is wrapped in a creamy caramel sensation with notes of peach and banana.

This astonishing hop almost gives the overall impression of a milkshake, making it particularly suitable for Sour IPAs and other NEIPAs where texture and aromas are highlighted.

The 50g format is perfect for small batches or adding complexity to your beers with small amounts of hops.
