Its amazing flavor profile features notes of melon, papaya, lime, apple, green pepper, bubble gum, and eucalyptus.

Ekuanot emerges from the soil in spring with a vibrant yellow color and gradually matures to a deep green hue by the autumn harvest.

Its composition allows it to express its full potential at the end of the boil, in Whirlpool, and for Dry Hop (during primary fermentation).
