Cascade 50g Yakima Chief Hops:

Cascade hops are an iconic variety of the American craft beer movement. It is one of the most popular hops in the world of craft brewing.

Originating from the USDA-ARA breeding program, Cascade is an aromatic cultivar, created in 1956 and released in 1972. It was developed through open pollination of a Fuggle plant.

The Cascade 50g from Yakima Chief Hops stands out for its unique floral, spicy, and citrusy character, as well as its balanced bittering potential.

Whether used alone or in combination with other hops, Cascade is ideal for Dry Hopping in secondary fermentation.

The 50g format is perfect for small batches or adding complexity to your beers with small amounts of hops.
