Centennial hops are an aromatic-type variety, developed from the USDA program at Washington State University in 1974 and released in 1990.
Sometimes called Super Cascade because of its similar citric characteristic, Centennial is a hop much appreciated for its versatility, depth of light bitterness and pronounced aroma.
This variety will give your beer a spicy, floral aroma with delicate citrus notes (lemon).
