Corn flakes:

Adding corn flakes gives a lighter color than pilsner malt. It reduces the malty taste and gives a lighter finish. This addition can enhance hop aromas that are less masked by malt aromas. They should be added to the wort during brewing, without being pre-cooked. These flakes contain less albumin and no gluten.
