A creamy and delicious Milk Stout with a smooth mouthfeel and low bitterness. This premium malt extract combined with 500 g lactose and Fermentis S-04 yeast produces complex flavours of roast coffee and molasses.

ABV: 4%
For 20 litres
Bitterness: 27-36 IBU
Colour: 225-275 EBC
Optimal fermentation temperature: 18-21°C
Contains 500 g lactose for a creamy taste and smooth mouthfeel
Ingredients: hopped malt extract (barley malt extract, hop extract), lactose (milk) (14%), dried yeast. Contains gluten.
