SAFBREW BE-256 (ex Abbaye)
Top fermenting yeast recommended to brew abbey type beers, known for their high alcohol content. It ferments very fast and reveals subtle and well-balanced aromas. Also suitable for bottle conditioning.
- Flocculation: hmedium to igh
- Final density: low
- Fermentation temperature: 17-25°C (61-77°F)
Dosage instructions:
- in primary fermentation: 50-80 g/hl
- in bottle conditioning: 2.5-5 g/hl
