SAFBREW BE-256 (ex Abbaye)

Top fermenting yeast recommended to brew abbey type beers, known for their high alcohol content. It ferments very fast and reveals subtle and well-balanced aromas. Also suitable for bottle conditioning.

  • Flocculation: hmedium to igh
  • Final density: low
  • Fermentation temperature: 17-25°C (61-77°F)

Dosage instructions:

  • in primary fermentation: 50-80 g/hl
  • in bottle conditioning: 2.5-5 g/hl
