Hefe Weizen traditional yeast
Active dry yeast specially adapted for the production of aromatic beers with a characteristic phenolic profile (clove and pepper notes) and rich fruity and floral aromas. Suitable for a wide variety of wheat-based beers with fruity-spicy flavors. Medium-sedimentation yeast: produces no lumps but a uniform cloudiness when resuspended in beer.
