Using the Cannular canning machine:

The semi-automatic Cannular canning machine stands out for its simplicity of use. It will only take you a few minutes to become familiar with the machine. The process is as follows:

Place the lid on top of the can and place the can on the platform of the table.

Turn the platform lever clockwise to raise the can up to the sealer.

Press the button to start the machine, then wait for the can to stop spinning.

Turn the platform lever counterclockwise to lower the can.

Attention: When you receive your Cannular, the rollers are already set and tested at the factory. They should not require any adjustments.

However, the table is not adjusted and it is crucial to set it correctly to achieve a perfect seal. According to Cannular tests, an actual overlap of 0.4 mm is sufficient to seal at 90 PSI. The correct table tension is obtained after several trials and errors, and it is normal to waste a few cans at the beginning.

Use cans filled with water to your fill height to adjust the tension. It should be tight, but not to the point of denting the can. Once you reach the correct tension, it is very quick and easy to reestablish it.
