With our Fermzilla pack and pressure accessories, you can ferment 27 liters of beer.
Simply control the internal pressure with the included APRV pressure relief valve.
And as if that wasn't enough, we've decided to include the Hop Bong in this pack, which will replace the default lid provided with the Fermzilla. With this accessory, you can purge* and integrate your hops without risking oxidation.
And if you want to take a sample of your beer, a "Picnic" tap is also provided.

Assembly Tips:
We recommend installing the Hop Bong directly in place of the default lid provided with the Fermzilla. Then attach the float kit + filter screen to the beer outlet of the Hop Bong (yellow ball lock port).
For fermentation:
Ensure all valves are closed.
Once the fermenter is filled, plug the APRV pressure relief valve into the gas inlet (red ball lock port) on the lid of the hop bong (not the port on the tube).
