OptiFlow is an enzymatic solution that hydrolyzes obstructive beta-glucans in wort, improves and reduces filtration time, regardless of malt quality, and facilitates clarification in the Whirlpool.

To be incorporated at the beginning of mashing.

Recommended Dosage

- 150 to 250 g per ton of malt

Optimal Temperature

- 40 to 90 °C

Optimal pH

- 4.0 to 7.0
