This yeast is known for its clean flavors, balance and ability to be used in almost every style of top-fermented beer. It accentuates hop flavors and is extremely versatile. Ideal all-purpose strain.
Attenuation: 73% - 85%.
48 Hour attenuation: ~ ≥ 50%.
Flocculation: Medium
Alcohol tolerance: High (10-15%)
Recommended fermentation temperature: 64°F - 73°F 18°C - 23°C

Recommendation for use: 11g for 20L
Dry yeast should be stored in the refrigerator at 36°F-40°F or 2°C-4°C. It can be used until the expiration date indicated on the package.
Once the package is opened, use the yeast as soon as possible. An opened package should be stored, refrigerated and used within one week. If the package is resealed, vacuum sealed and refrigerated, it can be kept until the end of its shelf life.
Do not freeze.
