Discover the Simpsons Crystal T50 malt, an exceptional crystal (cara) malt that is quite crispy in the mouth. Everything is in the name of this malt, each production aims for a precise color of 50 Lovibond (or 130EBC).
Crystal T50 offers an astonishing color and delicate malted flavors to the beer. It will give soft notes of malt, honey, and a slight taste of caramel.
Usable from 5% to 20%, it will fit perfectly into styles like IPAs, Pale Ales, and Bitters.
