Description
Caramunich III malt
Caramunich 3 malt represents the final degree of intensity of the 3 caramunichs. While its aromatic profile is similar to that of its smaller brothers, it is much more intense, with lovely, intense aromas of brown caramel, bread crust and cookie, with hints of cocoa, honey and dried fruit.
In terms of color, Caramunich 3 will bring a lovely caramelized brown to the beer. It will also add mellowness on the palate and make all dark beers shine, where the emphasis must be on malt.
English Porter, Imperial stout, American brown ale, dubbel... Dosable up to 10%, it will add richness to your recipes.
