Motueka Cryo Hops:

The Motueka hop originates from New Zealand. It is the result of a cross between the Saaz hop and an undisclosed New Zealand variety.

Its Cryo form will give off beautiful aromas of fruit, citrus, flowers, and spices. In Dry Hop, it mainly reveals hints of lime and tropical fruit. Moreover, it has a very interesting Beta acid content (11-15%). This element will help preserve the beer's bitterness over the medium to long term.

It is frequently used for beers such as Pilsner, Pale Ale, Lager, White Ale, and IPA. It can also be adapted to Saison, Blonde, and Triple beer types.
