Cryo Hops IDAHO 7

Description

IDAHO 7 is sweet and peppery with a piney-lemon appearance. Warmly aromatic and moderately bitter, Ahtanum is a hop of distinction.

It is often compared to Cascade, although without going that far, it makes more sense to say that Cascade can be an acceptable substitute.

 In comparison, IDAHO 7 is less bitter, its alpha acids are weaker, and its grapefruit essence is significantly more pronounced. It is really more akin to Willamette, with its lemon and grapefruit notes.
