General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following general conditions govern the sales contracts for products offered on the rolling-beers.fr website between the company ZRB Distribution SARL, 226 rue Jean Baptiste Calvignac - ZI Biste2 - 34670 BAILLARGUES, registered in France, and its individual customers.
These general terms and conditions of sale apply at the time of ordering. They may be modified without notice and will apply to any new order.
The company ROLLING BEERS owns all rights related to the website rolling-beers.fr, of which it is the creator.
Offer Validation
Validation of the order form implies full and unconditional acceptance by the customer of these General Terms and Conditions, which are the only ones applicable at the time of the order.
The data recorded by rolling-beers.fr constitutes proof of all transactions made between rolling-beers.fr and its customers.
ROLLING BEERS reserves the right not to process a payment and therefore not to confirm an order for any reason: issue with the received order, supply problem with one or more products, foreseeable delivery issue, technical problem, etc.
The customer will be contacted by ROLLING BEERS by phone, mail, fax, or email.

The offers on the site are neither final nor permanent and are valid only while they are displayed on the site.
The photos shown, whether or not accompanied by product descriptions, are not contractual.
Offers are currently valid in mainland France.

Prices
Prices for each product are net, in euros, including all taxes, excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Items are invoiced in euros based on the prices indicated on the site at the time of the order. Site pricing may be revised at any time without notice.
The final price of the order includes the product prices with VAT (except for countries outside the EU), handling and packaging fees, and shipping costs.
You can view the payment details of your order in your customer account under "My Orders", and you will also receive an invoice with your order.
VAT
The regulation is set by the European Union at 20%. For countries outside the European Union, prices are shown excluding tax, and taxes will be paid upon delivery.
Payment
Orders are payable in euros only.
For online payments, we offer several payment methods:

With this method, your card payment is processed directly on the secure server of our bank CIC on our behalf. Your card number is never communicated to us. Transactions are encrypted and secured using SSL 3 (Secure Socket Layer), a global standard supported by major browsers. Full and partial refunds are completely free and incur no fees. - by bank check, by printing the order form and sending it by mail. The check must be issued in France.

Shipping Fees
Your flat-rate contribution includes packaging and shipping costs.
(Weight limited to 30 kg for home delivery, 20 kg for pickup points)
Loyalty Program
Since March 5, 2022, the ROLLING BEERS loyalty system allows you to earn points when placing orders, which can be converted into vouchers for future purchases.
Points are automatically calculated by our system—no action is required on your part.
A minimum cart amount is required to trigger point allocation.
Shipping fees are not included in the loyalty point calculation.
You can view your earned points in your customer account under the "My Rewards" section.
You can then freely convert these points into a voucher valid on ROLLING BEERS, directly from that section.
The generated voucher must be entered on the first page of the cart.
It cannot be combined with other vouchers.
It cannot be split: the voucher must be used in one go (if the voucher value exceeds the cart total, the unused amount is lost).
The voucher is only valid on products (shipping fees are not included).
Loyalty points earned when placing orders are marked as "pending validation." They become available once the order is delivered and the withdrawal period has passed.
Any product return or order cancellation will result in the removal of the corresponding loyalty points.
ROLLING BEERS reserves the right to adjust the points scale or temporarily suspend the loyalty program depending on products or circumstances.
Delivery Times and Shipping
Once your payment is received, your order is processed as quickly as possible.
After payment is validated, we will confirm by email that your order is being prepared, provided all items are in stock. Stock errors may delay shipping. Out-of-stock items are ordered from suppliers, and restocking times are provided for information only. We are not responsible for delays longer than those indicated.
Shipping is carried out the next business day for deliveries within mainland France, unless otherwise stated and excluding annual holidays and year-end periods. Shipments are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that due to reduced staffing, delivery times may be extended by 48 hours during August.
These preparation and shipping times are given in business days and depend on product availability, order volume, the time of year, and force majeure events.
To ensure timely delivery, it is mandatory to provide the recipient’s name and mobile phone number (French numbers only). We recommend not sending parcels to general delivery or P.O. boxes.
A tracking number is automatically generated when your parcel is shipped. It can be viewed online under your account in the order history section. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the order and be available for delivery. In case of delivery issues, the customer must notify us promptly to avoid return to sender.
If the selected pickup point is unavailable (closed, full, etc.) at the time of shipping, the nearest available point within 2 km will be automatically selected. Please check the destination pickup point in the tracking number. Rolling Beers will not cover costs for changes or returns. If a package is returned to sender for any reason, a €20 fee (incl. tax) will be charged for reshipping each parcel.
The carrier may also change the pickup point address without customer approval during peak periods (holidays, overload) or exceptional circumstances (unexpected closures, etc.).
If the recipient (individual or business) has a P.O. box—even if a street address is provided—the parcel will be delivered to the designated post office box without a delivery notice.
Once shipped, your order will be delivered by GLS or DPD Monday to Friday within 24–48 hours (not guaranteed), by La Poste / Colissimo Monday to Saturday within 48 hours (not guaranteed), or by another provider. Colissimo pickups occur on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
For any reason deemed necessary, we may use a national or international freight carrier.
The stated delivery times are typical estimates and are not contractual.
Times are given in business days and exclude force majeure or delivery disruptions (weather, traffic, strikes, overload, etc.).
Once your order is handed over to the postal service or carrier, ROLLING BEERS cannot be held responsible for delays, product damage due to late delivery or pickup, or returns initiated before the pickup deadline. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the parcel and notify us of any suspicious status. Likewise, the customer must promptly retrieve the parcel from the agency or pickup point, especially for perishable goods (yeast, hops, cultures, crushed malts).
Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to compensation, penalties, or order cancellation.
However, if your order has not been delivered within 45 days of shipment and the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a refund.
For large orders, we use a national freight carrier. Please contact us to find the best shipping solution at the best rate.
The risk of goods in transit is borne by the buyer. Upon receiving your parcel, check its condition. If you notice damage upon opening the parcel or products, report it to the carrier in their presence and note it in writing on the delivery slip. Any damage must also be reported in writing within three days by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the postal service or carrier, with a copy sent to ROLLING BEERS.
As soon as damage is observed, please notify us so we can assist you with the claims process.

Warranties
All our non-perishable and non-custom products are guaranteed and have been handled with the utmost care to ensure compliance. If an item is defective, please return it in its original packaging. We will exchange it, issue a credit note, or refund it.
Returns do not entitle the customer to compensation or damages.
All products intended for professionals (25kg malt sacks / 5kg hops / 500g yeast / 10,000u or 8,500u caps) have traceability available upon request via the contact form.
ROLLING BEERS cannot be held responsible for consequences resulting from the use of perishable products purchased on the site.
If a parcel is returned by the customer or the postal service (or carrier) due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect address), any reshipment request will be charged a flat fee of €20 including tax per parcel.
Obligations of the Parties
ROLLING BEERS commits, once the order is accepted, paid, and in stock, to ship the requested items within the indicated timeframes.
The customer agrees to provide ROLLING BEERS with a precise delivery address that is accessible during business days and hours.
Money-Back Guarantee
Under Article L121-16 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has fourteen business days from the date of receipt to return products to ROLLING BEERS for exchange or refund (via credit note), without penalties except for return shipping costs.
This return policy does not apply to perishable or custom-made products.
Refunds for perishable or custom-made products are only possible in the event of a delivery company fault.
If the parcel and/or products are returned unopened and in their original packaging because you are not satisfied: a credit note will be issued for the parcel and/or products, with return shipping costs at your expense.
If the parcel and/or products are returned due to defects: a credit note will be issued for the parcel and/or products, including shipping and return costs.
If a parcel is refused due to withdrawal or not collected from a pickup point, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund, in accordance with Article L121-21-3 of the French Consumer Code.
Refunds for credit notes are issued within a maximum of 2 months after receipt of returned orders. Partial refunds cannot be processed for payments made by check, bank transfer, or PayPal.
For any return to ROLLING BEERS, please include your full name, address, order date and number, and phone number. Carefully prepare the return package with sufficient padding to avoid damage during transport. Products must be returned new, in their original packaging, with all manuals and accessories. If the returned products are not in resalable condition or are perishable, no refund will be issued.
In the case of a promotional offer where product A is offered with the purchase of product B, returning product B must be accompanied by the return of product A in good condition to receive the full credit or refund. Otherwise, the commercial value of the free product will be deducted from the credit or refund.
Liability Limitations
Products handed over to the carrier comply with French regulations, the only ones applicable to ROLLING BEERS.
After shipment, any product exposed to heat or damaged for any reason is no longer covered by ROLLING BEERS. It is recommended to store these products in a cool, dry place. Risk transfer occurs when the products are handed over to the postal service or carrier.
The buyer is solely responsible for choosing the products, storing them, and using them from the day of delivery onward.
Disputes
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of ROLLING BEERS’ General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In case of dispute, our customer service is available to help resolve the issue.
We will respond to all inquiries or complaints, regardless of the method: letter, email, or phone call.
Complaints will be processed within 10 days from the date of receipt.
In accordance with Law No. 80335 of May 12, 1980, goods remain the property of ROLLING BEERS until full payment is received. Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, payment is due immediately with no discount. No early payment discount applies to any payment method.
Any dispute related to the sale will be governed by French law and submitted to the Commercial Court of Montpellier, which has sole jurisdiction.
General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Professional Clients (B2B)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all sales of products and equipment between Rolling Beers (the “Seller”) and a professional buyer (the “Client”).
Any order implies full acceptance of these GTCS.
2. Orders
Orders are placed online on the Seller’s website or by any other accepted method. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of prior dispute or non-payment.
3. Delivery
Delivery times are provided for information only. Delays do not entitle the Client to compensation or cancellation, unless previously agreed.
Risk transfer occurs when the products are handed over to the carrier.
4. Receipt and Claims
The Client is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt. Any claim (damage, missing items, damaged product, etc.) must be made in writing to the carrier, with a copy sent to the Seller, within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Warranty and After-Sales Service
Products are covered against hidden defects in accordance with Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. In case of malfunction, the Client must notify the Seller in writing within 8 days of discovering the defect.
Inspection & Return: If a technical inspection is requested (especially for equipment such as tanks, fermenters, pumps, filters, etc.), the product may need to be returned.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the Client’s responsibility. If a confirmed defect is validated by the manufacturer, return and repair costs will be covered or reimbursed.
No warranty covers damage resulting from abnormal use, lack of maintenance, or product modification.
6. Retention of Title Clause
Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received. The Client agrees not to resell or modify the products before payment is completed.
7. Liability
The Seller’s liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be held liable for indirect or intangible losses suffered by the Client.
8. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, fires, transport or supply interruptions, etc.).
